Following the recent bushfires at the Red Rocks/Ben Nevis area, a new access track has been established from the car park. Due to the damage and lack of groundcover, accessing Abseil Gully directly uphill from Hanglider sign across the slabs proved treacherous, with the loose soil. Please veer to the right at the sign and follows cairns.
